Aerogel blanket is mainly used in industrial pipeline, storage tank, industrial furnace body, power plant, life capsule, warship bulkhead, bullet car, direct buried pipeline, injection molding machine, detachable insulation sleeve, heavy oil mining high temperature steam pipeline, transportation, household appliances, steel, non-ferrous metal, glass and other fields of heat insulation.
1) -200℃ ≤ T ≤ -50℃:based on mixed fiber felt as aerogel skeleton substrate and exhibiting excellent flexibility and compression strength, is uesd for temperatures as low as -200°C.
2) -50℃ ≤ T ≤ 650℃:based on tailor made glass fiber as aerogel skeleton substrate and exhibiting higher mechanical strength and temperature resistance, is uesd for temperatures up to 650°C.
3)650℃ ≤ T ≤ 1000℃:based on tailor made glass fiber as aerogel skeleton substrate and exhibiting even higher temperature resistance, is uesd for temperatures up to 1000°C.
4)Special Tailor-Made:Customized products are those meeting demands of special thickness, special substrate, special structure, special molding.special fire prevention or hydrophobicity, such as aerogel paper, profile-shaped parts, new energy battery heat shield, etc.
Way of packing: plastic film or paper thimble
1. Aerogel blanket should be handled lightly during transportation and handling to avoid the loss or damage of the outermost moisture-proof protective film.
2. Please store in a clean, dry and protected environment. In the outdoor environment, should choose the higher ground, the cushion is not less than 200mm cushion or bracket, bracket, and the waterproof cloth or plastic sheet will cover it completely. The storage of aerogel blanket must be protected against rain and snow.
3. If there is rain or bad weather during the construction, the shell or tent is needed to protect the pipe at the installation site.
4. Aerogel blanket should always be placed sideways/stacked, never upright, and always properly covered and stored in a dry environment.
