"The 2025 Work Conference of the Group Company has pointed out the direction for the future development of the trading sector and set the goals and requirements," said Xue Pengju, the deputy secretary and general manager of the Party Committee of Zhongtai Materials. "In the new year, we will focus on the various goals and tasks proposed at the 2025 Work Conference of the Group Company, build 'six major management systems', undertake the 'ten key tasks' of the Group Company, and conduct comprehensive and in-depth management, evaluation and guidance on the four main business lines of the trading sector, namely bulk basis trading, supply chain, import and export, and storage and transportation. We will organize the establishment of a special working group for trade risk supervision and a team for comprehensive collection and analysis of risk information, and build a strict supervision system. We will implement refined control over key links such as project decision-making, credit management, qualification review of customers and contract signing. And in accordance with the management requirements of the Group Company of 'coordinating, concentrating and strengthening management', we will incorporate companies engaged in trade business into the trade line management of Zhongtai Materials for overall coordination, and comprehensively enhance the standardized and refined management level of the trading sector to ensure that all trade businesses are carried out efficiently within the strategic framework of the Group Company."
