Xinjiang Mahatma Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Mahatma Energy") is affiliated to Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Zhongtai Chemical", stock code 002092), and is one of the top ten industrial parks of Zhongtai Group. The park is located in Alehui Town, Toksun County, Turpan City. It covers an area of 4,000 acres and is arranged in a strip shape, with a length of about 3km and a width of about 1km. The industrial park is 70 kilometers away from Toksun County in the east and 5 kilometers away from Yuergou Railway Station in the west, facing the Lagou River in the south. Provincial Highway S301 passes in front of the park, east to Urumu, west to Korla, and the Nanjiang Railway Line passes through the west side of the park.

The industrial park industries include coal, electricity, calcium carbide, chlor-alkali, cement, mining, etc. The main body of the industrial park is Mahatma Energy, and the production enterprises in the park include six subsidiaries of Xinjiang Shengxiong Chlor-Alkali Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Shengxiong Calcium Carbide Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Shengxiong Cement Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Shengxiong Coking Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Tongtai Coal Industry Co., Ltd., Xinjiang Tongtai Mining Co., Ltd. and two production units of Heishan Coal Mine and self-provided power plant, forming a complete upstream and downstream integration , Coal, electricity and salinization circular economy industrial chain.

In September 2015, Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongtai Chemical"), a subsidiary of Zhongtai Group, increased its capital to acquire Shengxiong Energy, which now holds 18.55% of the shares and became its controlling shareholder; after the capital increase and acquisition, Shengxiong Energy's production and operation are gradually resumed. On April 20, 2016, in order to strengthen the specialized production of Shengxiong Energy and facilitate segment management, Zhongtai Group split up each segment of the industrial park, and split Xinjiang Shengxiong Energy Co., Ltd. into seven companies of Shengxiong Energy, Shengxiong Chlor-alkali, Shengxiong calcium carbide, Shengxiong Cement, Shengxiong Coking, Tongtai Coal and Tongtai Mining.

The industrial park currently has an annual output of 500,000 tons of polyvinyl chloride resin, 400,000 tons of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda, 1 million tons of calcium carbide, 750,000 tons of blue carbon, 1.8 million tons of comprehensive utilization of waste residues for cement production, 4 million tons of open-pit coal mines, 900,000 tons of underground coal mines, 900,000 tons of limestone and 2×300,000 kilowatts of self-contained generating units. There are 3,937 employees and total assets of 11.994 billion yuan.
