At the 2023 Xinjiang Computer Society Digitization Science and Technology Progress Award Presentation Conference, Zhongtai Mining and Metallurgy's “Digital Twin Factory Whole Process Control” project won the Second Prize of Digitization Science and Technology Progress Achievements of the Autonomous Region. Previously, the project has won the second prize of “State-owned Enterprises Digital Scene Innovation Competition” of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the 16th National Petroleum and Chemical Enterprises First Class Management Innovation Achievement, and the third prize of the 12th Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievement of the Autonomous Region.

On the 6th, Zhongtai Group held a 2024 Safety Production Work Conference to summarize the safety production work in 2023, analyze and assess the safety production situation, and arrange and deploy key tasks for 2024. The meeting should firmly establish the concept of safety development, carry out the three-year action for addressing the root causes of safety production issues, implement the main responsibility for safety production, and resolutely prevent all kinds of accidents from happening.

On the 29th, Mr. Wang Pingyang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Zhongtai Group, and his party went to Zhongtai New Materials Co., Ltd. for investigation and discussion, to learn about the progress of the construction of Zhongtai New Materials Project, and emphasized that it is necessary to grasp the time to push forward the progress of the project, pay close attention to on-site engineering safety, optimize the technological process, and take the road of ecological environment protection and green development, and construct an enterprise with a sense of social responsibility.

From the 9th to the 10th, Wang Pingyang, the Party Secretary and Chairman of Zhongtai Group, led a delegation to visit the Republic of Tajikistan. They went on-site to learn about the progress of the Zhongtai Agricultural Textile Industrial Park project and conducted research on developing high-quality, efficient and modern agriculture, as well as promoting the improvement and efficiency enhancement of industries.
On the 19th, Zhongtai Group Xinjiang Korla Zhongtai Petrochemical Limited Liability Company with an annual output of 250,000 tons of polyester staple fiber project put into operation ceremony was held in Bazhou Korla Shangku High-tech Zone. After the project is put into operation, it will form a set of polyester device with a production capacity of 250,000 tons per year and three polyester staple fiber production lines with a daily output of 200 tons/strip, marking the completion of the largest polyester staple fiber production base in Northwest China, filling up the gap of polyester staple fiber market in Northwest China, and writing a brand-new chapter for the development of the coupling of Xinjiang's petrochemical industry and textile and garment industry.

Korla Zhongtai Textile Quality Inspection Center passed the evaluation of China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (hereinafter referred to as CNAS) and obtained CNAS Laboratory Accreditation Certificate. The acquisition of this qualification marks that the quality inspection center has the corresponding national and international recognized testing capabilities.
